I found McCann roofing by looking for reviews of local roofers on the web. I took some photos of the issue (some lead that was slipping of a bay window) and was pleased with how quickly I got a response and a quote. The quote was reasonable and the work was carried out as planned within the time and on budget. Caswell McCann was efficient, clear and knowledgeable. I knew the issue as this was not the first time we had had a problem and he proposed and delivered a good solution. I have no hesitation in giving my full recommendation and have asked him to quote for some additional work.

As a builder, roofing services are a critical for us. We have tried a number and found Mccann Roofing the best fit for our needs. They have done three roofs for us. A detached house converted to 4 flats which has an unusual external water tarret and protracted part wall issues which meant all could not be done at same time. McCann Roofing flexibility helped keep our project schedule on target. , They completed a mid terrace London roof with collapsed valley on main and an additional valley on full rear extension. Their lead work here was extensive and high quality, together with good quality slating. They easily slated a small rear extension without incident to the same standard and reliability we have come to expect from them. Above all they are competitively priced. If all of our subcontractors was like them, my job would be a whole lot easier.

McCann roofing was recommended to us by a neighbour. Cas and Louis did a great, fast job (replacing decayed batons) on our roof in Camberwell. Super reliable and friendly. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Roofers were called for a broken guttering after the last heavy down pour. To access the rear guttering of my house is awkward because of my conservatory but they soon came up with an idea on how to access the guttering without heavy expense. They came out within 45 minutes and fixed it excellently on Bank Holiday Monday without any extra charge for being a Bank Holiday. That's why I would use them again if needed and recommend without hesitation to friends and family

McCann Roofing replaced my gutter and fixed a couple of faults that were causing leaks from the roof into the bathroom and bedroom. The job was quoted after an inspection and competitively priced. The work was carried out efficiently in a day, no problems with late arrivals or tea breaks. The re-siting of the downpipe was also better than I expected. Very pleased with the work and would recommend to anyone.

Cas did a fantastic job on a roof that had proved problematic for about 5 years. After having a few botched jobs I decided to get a reputable roofer on the job. Cas was the most expensive, but worth every penny.
